Slope Pods

How it works

From quote to quiet in about three months.

No construction and no contractors to coordinate. Here is exactly what to expect.

  1. 1

    A quick conversation

Tell us about the space, how many people will use the pod and what for. A 15 minute call or a short form is plenty. Photos of the spot help us spot any surprises early.

  2. 2

    A clear, written quote

Within one business day you get a written quote covering your pods, furniture if you want it, assembly and delivery to your site, all spelled out. Need a formal quote for a board, grant or purchase order? We will format it however you need.

  3. 3

    Production and delivery

Once you approve, your pods are built and shipped. Plan on about 12 to 14 weeks, since every pod is built to order. We confirm the delivery date with you and check access, like doorways, elevators and stairs.

  4. 4

    Assembly on site

Our crew assembles the pod in place, usually in a day for a Pod S and up to three days for the larger meeting pods. We level it, test the lights, air and sensor, and clean up after ourselves.

  5. 5

    A proper handoff

We show your team how everything works and leave you with care tips. After that, we are a phone call away. Electrical components are covered by a 2 year warranty.

What you need on site

Less than you might think.

  • A flat, level floor. Carpet, tile, wood or concrete are all fine.
  • A standard 110V outlet within reach. No electrician needed.
  • A clear path in. Pods arrive in panels and are built where they will live.
  • Ceiling height above 7 ft 7 in. Every pod is the same height.
  • Someone to let our crew in. That is it.
